The European Conference of Binational/Bicultural Relationships (ECBN) is a cooperative platform of organisations in member states of the EU and its immediate environment, which are furthering the interests of people in a bi-national and bi-cultural relationship.

The aim of the Conference is the amelioration of the legal, cultural and social circumstances of people in Europe who have a bi-national and bi-cultural relationship.
